Mehdi embarked on his journey in Taekwondo at the tender age of 5. Despite showing promising progress initially, a school-related injury forced him to take a hiatus from the sport for about four years. Upon recovering from his injury, Mehdi returned to Taekwondo with renewed determination, immersing himself in rigorous training and participating in various competitions, where he attained commendable achievements.

Guided by his father, Grand Master Dr. Loghman Keshavarz, Mehdi imbibed the essence of Taekwondo from a young age. His innate communication skills and commitment to ethical teaching quickly captivated many students. Eager to deepen his expertise, Mehdi pursued a bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, further augmenting his technical and scientific proficiency.

Today, Mehdi stands as a proficient instructor at Leaders Taekwondo, where he imparts scientific and disciplined training methods to aspiring practitioners.
